Goodnestone Park and Gardens.

I never thought the words January and too warm would appear in the same sentence.
We visited Goodnestone Park in Canterbury today and we dressed for winter, hats, gloves and coats. The  sun came out and  it really was very warm but extremely pleasant.
We first visited a couple of years ago and again popped into their fabulous cafe for coffee, hot chocolate and toasted tea cakes, it was as good as we remembered.
We plan on going again soon to see the display of spring flowers as they develop through the season.
