Walking into the centre

To do a few errands. This is 8.45 - lots of people scurrying to work, and the lampposts still lit. I like these round ones. This part of the floating harbour is behind Temple Meads station. You can get a ferry to the centre from a landing stage just beside the bridge you can see here. I think cities are made more attractive by waterways, and there’s quite a lot here. But it does make the traffic worse, as the bridges are bottlenecks - especially when 2 of the main ones are closed
