Bargain
Dropped Phin at daycare this morning with his food until Monday. There didn’t seem much point in bringing him home only to drop him off again tomorrow when we go away.
Washed the throws on the kitchen chairs and his dog beds before we headed into town for a review meeting with our financial advisor. Very positive meeting as the markets have been pretty kind to us over the last year so we’ve decided to withdraw a bit extra so we’re feeling flush! It was a sobering exercise to actually ploy out our actual spending but I’ve decided I need to be more organised so will be writing down everything we spend from the start of February. We are by no means struggling thankfully but there are sometimes too many days left at the end of the month when there shouldn’t be.
A quick look round the St James quarter turned up a long sleeved black top I’d been looking for for ages.
I’d ordered a too good to go bag from Costa and picked it up at tea time. £3.50 got me two croissants, 2 vegan ham and cheese toasties, a cheese and beans toastie and two tuna melt panini. An absolute bargain. All bar the croissants went in the freezer.
A good session at Rock Choir fine tuning Mountain by Sam Ryder and starting on Two Hearts by Phil Collins.
Late dinner as we’d had a very late lunch after our review meeting and off to bed.
