Small cog on a large wheel

My random C word today was Circlet, and my chosen subject another C word, a smallish Cog in a large winch. 2 old winches from the harbour remain on display on the village green - not far away but blipping them took a while. First I had to pick blackcurrants to take to friends who live en route, pick them over, package them up, and chat for half an hour. By that time it was starting to rain, and I almost lost my blipportunity. Fortunately, it held off for a while.
