Angelina's Catch

A lovely calm morning, cloudy but dry.  A few showers in the afternoon, windy this evening.

Headed to work, another day working on the toon essykert, still same crew.  Lerwick was still buzzing and the party still going when we set off at 730am.  Around the town collecting business and residential black bag waste, then headed to Scalloway after break.  Popped by Madeline's after work for a cuppa, Julie was along too.  Working in the shop this evening, a busy night.  Quick walk, feet up then much earned bedtime.

The Up Helly Aa party continued through the night, while I was happily tucked up in bed.  There will be a lot of sore heads in Lerwick tonight, tomorrow too, as the Hop day party tonight.  It's an official public holiday today across the isles, but we aren't the only ones to be working today.  Julie's boy, Ross, steamed back in the harbour, arriving at the back of 4pm.  Although we didn't manage to chat, Ellis (Fullerton) and crew were busy landing the catch at the market.  Off we toddled with the dogs again.  The Angelina LK 377 at Scalloway Fish Market, Blacksness Pier, Scalloway.
