Belated Birthday Treat

Jenny gave us Betty's Vouchers for Christmas, she knows us well.  We had planned to use them on Tony's birthday but snow got in the way of that so we landed on today instead.  We always enjoy an outing to Betty's at RHS Harlow Carr, it's a proper treat. We had a leisurely lunch ending with our favourite cakes, then picked up tea from the shop before popping in to the garden shop, ostensibly for a 'look around'.  So how did we emerge with Mason & Cash preparation pots and a pastry board; a jigsaw; several greetings cards; a puzzle book for Euan; seed potatoes; varieties of onions for planting; three primula plants and two aconite plants?!
