Lazy.

The laziest day for quite some time, in this beautiful spot.

I went to a hotel ostensibly to eat the buffet, but mainly to slip down to the cove behind to spend a few hours relaxing. It was an absolutely gorgeous little beach.

In the evening I chatted with my Airbnb host. She was born in Tanga in northern Tanzania but moved to the Comoros when she got married in the 1980s, and now has family all over Europe and East Africa. A fascinating woman who is very generous with her time and tips for making the most out of visits to the Comoros.
