RD parkrun duties continued at Sophie's

RD at parkrun today and some grumpy park users upset several of our fab volunteers.  An ongoing issue which needs to be resolved by others. Also delayed results as one of the volunteers can't upload her scans till she gets home. An excuse, if we needed it, for a  fab breakfast in Sophie's, so not a real problem.

 A pacer event and fortunately the parkrunners were lovely and very grateful to our team of volunteers; this, and news of a fellow parkrunner's lung operation this week, puts everything into perspective.
