All The Same

I’m cooking for one but making enough to mix the leftovers together for the final step tomorrow. It’s a Sicilian baked pasta dish with spaghetti, a garlicky tomato sauce with a touch of chilli, grilled eggplant and black olives.

It was 40C today and I stayed in except for a walk in the rain after the Southerly hit and temps dropped.
