My muscles ached all over yesterday evening, so much so l had an early night. Glad to say the pain has mostly depleted today.
Had a bit of a lie in this morning but did go to the farmers market in Otley to see the Italian baker , only one spinach and ricotta roll left so l said that had my name on it. Bought two of his pizzas too, they are in the freezer till the weekend . Bought some free range eggs then came home.
Had some soup then went on the bus to Ilkley Cinema to see Here.
Passed the afternoon on nicely. Not a groundbreaking film  (not too sure the AI made Tom Hanks look 18 ) but if you enjoy social history as l do - it did a good job.
Came out to freezing rain, almost sleet , it felt so icy.
Don’t think there will be any takers to dine al fresco at Pizza Express tonight.
