City Park

Caught the last of the sunshine on a freezing day as l walked for my train , all running on time after yesterday when the lines went down due to Storm Éowyn.
Must admit the new pedestrianisation of lots of areas is starting to look fantastic, worth all the upheaval.

Had spent six hours at the Alhambra Studio behind the theatre with the rest of the cast of 80 for our performance in July.
First time each of the groups had met each other. 
We had all gone to The Alhambra last night to see dance by choreographer Ikram Khan and some of his team worked with us today.
Rehearsed some whole group moves, we have a long way to go but we did make progress.
Must admit l found the last twenty minutes tough as l started to flag :  will be putting my feet up tonight after a good soak in the bath ( always works wonders for me).
