Friends!!

Last night we had friends over as belated birthday celebrations (we always leave it late in Jan to let people get over Xmas lol)

We cooked an Indian take on roast dinner - with curried, roasted lamb (tofu for Lynda), Bombay roast potatoes, spiced and roasted carrots and cauliflower, broccoli and onion bhaji Yorkshire puddings finished with tikka onion gravy - it was amazing!!

I made Champagne and raspberry posset for dessert for the grown ups and jammy dodger rocky roads for the kids (and grown ups that wanted some)

We played games, darts and had a proper laugh! Enjoyed some drinks with me and Paul accidentally drinking a whole bottle of white amaretto (luckily we are not worse for wear today)

Alli gifted me with an at home murder mystery that I will play with Mum and gang today, just need to decide what dessert to make today!
