Birthday cake order done!

This one was challenging, with a few issues I had to correct during the process, I’ve had to dowel it for support which is rare for a single tier but it’s so tall!

I’ve never put a martini glass on a cake before so learned how to ensure it would stay secure with just buttercream and tried a buttercream drip, that needs a little more practice!

With all the extras I was able to cover blemishes and I needed up pleased with the finish products the little cupcake is diary free as one of the customers children is allergic to diary so I thought I’d whip him up a cupcake so he doesn’t miss out!

Work is done for the week, just football and gym tomorrow before hosting friends tomorrow night and family on Sunday :)
