Strengthening

Many thanks for the greetings for my anniversary of which I was unaware.

I continue to pack up our gear for the move. Here I’m reinforcing our painted - ex-display - table. My current thinking is to bring all my smallholding kit back with me under the UK Transfer of Residence reg.s. This allows movement of personal effects without incurring a 20%of value customs charge provided goods are over 6 months old. So I need things- like a table - to bridge over machinery so boxes can be stacked above them. Hence the strengthening going on here.

We now have movers and storage in Italy booked. This all gives added impetus to our searches for a house with land somewhere in Scotland or northern England.
