..why, oh why does he keep throwing that ball in the sea, I'm getting fed up of bringing it back all the time..

Beautiful day in the far NW, mid twenties and sunny..
Tidied up the shed properly with the help of A and K. One more joist to fit before I can start laying boards, but I need to chisel out some breeze block first..

Cath and A & K went down the beach, and we followed a little after. A & K took the canoe for a paddle around the bay, while we harvested veg. Cath sat on the beach watching and taking in the sunshine. Not a bad life.. We joined her when we'd finished, and A & K returned soon after, so we went for a quick paddle too..

Helped J carry some doors and windows round the back of Alistair's where he's having a new extension built.. We help each other out up here!!

Harvested the salads, and then had tea. Locally produced sausages, home grown new potatoes with mint, carrots, Romanescu and green heading broccoli, broad beans, mange tout and sugar snap peas, followed by homemade blackcurrant and apple crumble..

A dash down the road to deliver veges, a quick shower, and now out delivering eggs..
