Last Friday we went to London, this Friday I'm back from London, having gone again on Wednesday.

This scene that I spotted in the V&A sums up how busy life has been.

2 West End shows, 3 galleries, 2 museums, meals out here there and also at a 2 Michelin starred Indian restaurant, and a trip to a Jazz Club.

A day's coaching, with business friends from far and wide but a good bunch, shared stories and a run with Brian in Hyde Park before a pint at The Queens Head.

Sprinkle on a run of celebs spotted close up and nearby, Ricky Gervais, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Jane Danson and Judge Rinder to add to my collection.

Oh, and in between all that we did end up at Anfield too for the Champions League.

No pub tonight.
