Berries and Stitches

The wind blew strong in the early hours of the morning but by light it had dropped significantly and most of the day has been calm and a little brighter than of late.

Today I finally did some more learning with the sewing machine. I’ve started to make a drawstring bag. I’ve also had a good long chat with my sister catching up on the activities of my niece and nephew, amongst other things.

I’m not sure if the identity of this plant but I like its red bunches of berries, especially with the dark foliage and stems, and the brickwork behind.
