Approaching Stromness

I went across to the Stromness Surgery this morning about my knee – I never travel without it.  From this location there’s normally a variety of islands and a sea view provided.  I met my pal Wullie in the waiting room, he gave me a good catch up on his Graemsay project.  Before my appointment I bought some civil oranges from Fletts.  The GP encouraged me to use a newly launched online physiotherapy tool.  Part of the service is talking to a Physio online.  They provided me with two tin cans and advised me to keep the string taut.   Later, at the Care Facility, my Mum reported that three of my brothers have left home.  She then informed me that David H had been flown down to London (and back) in a day for a meeting.  He is the Carehome Janny.  It’s been a draughty day.
