Impatientini

This truly is a lazy espresso martini, not only do I lack the patience to shake long enough for the expected creamy, frothy top (hence the rather dubious bubbles on the surface) but the basic ‘mix’ is literally that. There is a decanter (trust me, it’s fancy) in my fridge that was a Christmas gift (someone knows me too well) containing all the constituents for an espresso martini bar the voddie, shake with ice and Bob’s your uncle.
