Winter Sunflowers

Volunteer sunflowers have come up in three of the vegetable beds and are looking pretty healthy considering last night’s low was 37 degrees. Broccoli and kale and sunflowers all happy together. I just let ‘em grow and marvel at what’s happening out there.
As for the photo: original was taken in AvCamPro, an app that takes multiple shots and blends them together (see first Extra), giving a watery out-of-focus effect. I cropped it in Snapseed, then took it to Inkwork for a line drawing (Extra #2). Then I layered those two in Procreate to make the final image. I like playing with these possibilities.
