I had a phone call today telling us that yesterday's investigations revealed that our deck is unsafe and can not be used. For us, it takes way our beautiful view, which was a major factor contributing to why we purchased the house 20 years ago.
 They are coming tomorrow to erect something, which will ensure that nobody can access the deck. They were so pleased to tell me that none of this will cost us any money. Ironic really as the whole situation has only occurred due to their incorrect repair strategy.
