Two Canada geese

A cold day, with ground frost in the morning. Overcast. West wind.

Afternoon walk to Inverleith pond by the Dean Bridge. The two geese were looking for handouts; they were chased off by the male swan who wanted them out of the area between the little island and the boardwalk.
We counted maybe 10 tufted ducks, along with the mallards. There was some ice at the east end, so the gulls were standing.

Back by the Rotheid path and George V park, where there are snowdrops out.
