New fire

Here is my new fireplace fitted by good friend David, see last blip for the stage by stage account of it getting done. I have been getting a few things lately for the flat. David says he thinks I am nesting, and my very last purchase was of carpet through out my flat money well spent. I was thinking of getting a brown carpets as I have the now. The guy at the carpet shop politely told me brown carpet was old fashioned and suggested a lovely grey speckled carpet,I must admit I did like it and it will bring my flat up to date. See what you think, sample is on extra photo.  I choose the grey speckled carpet bought and paid for just waiting on carpet fitters.
