Perfection takes a while

Just the new thicker skirting board and decor to be done in day two of my very good friend David, to be done looking forward to having my living room back normal and the rest of the work completed. Health wise my mood has picked up another notch to a five out of ten. I will see the psychiatrist in March no date yet, I continue to get my injection and I have only missed it the once in the whole time I have been getting it 2008 to present. Before the injection I was in hospital every couple of months and you got hospitalised and find it very difficult when you are finally discharged, into normal life, having lost your car licence and a few friends along the way. But I think the world of The NHS were would we be without the NHS.
