Not the Dentist!

My regular dental appointment isn’t until May but I found myself there this afternoon as I broke what turned out to be a crown last night. Though not causing me any pain it was at the top front so I couldn’t ignore it! Maria, my dentist is lovely and she has sorted me out so I don’t feel that I look such a freak now. Have to take care for a couple of weeks until my new crown is ready.

Didn't want a picture of the dentists so you have this Hellebore is the first in the garden to open. We have a pot of white ones on the doorstep which have been flowering since before Christmas. This  is very near the ground and as usual facing down so I had to use my camera with the rotating viewfinder together with my macro lens to get the photo.

Funny day, very foggy with the trees of the St Ives Estate woods, our usual view, hidden for most of the day although bizarrely the sun popped through at lunch time.

Need to chill now to get over the stress of the dentist and the last 24 hours, might give the pub a miss, I’d probably need a straw anyway!
