Hens and Hats

It’s a daze of a week, and I figure that’s to be a pretty familiar state: dazedness.
Di brought her first ESC (emotional support chicken) to knit/lunch; such an adorable hen, as is the 47th elephant hat knit by Bar. That number is a guess, but she sure whips them out for the many lucky babies. 
Cold and clear enough to see many snow-capped mountains on the ride home. Speaking of rides: our car has been in the shop for a month now. Good thing we have a couple of spares.
