Tiny Tuesday: Alike, but Different

Loisbiz has set an interesting TT theme this week - "Alike, but Different ". I thought it might be a tricky one but then this idea came to me.

The pile of crystals on the left is of standard granulated sugar, whereas that on the right is of erythritol, an almost zero-calorie sweetener made by fermenting glucose from corn. They look identical as you can see.
