Tchau, Rio!

Well, we're now in the airport and have a couple of hours before our flight. We've been here almost two months, but no longer how long we're here we always think we'd like just a wee bit longer! However, our main home calls and that's also fine. We feel as though we've actually lived here for these two months though and not just been tourists. And this was our intention when we bought this wee studio 15 years ago. We felt that this morning with all the cheerios as we walked around our bairro and then a short walk on the front (37 degrees made it very short!) a light lunch at La Maison (as usual on our last day), before a last look up at Cristo and then into the taxi.
