Friends came to see me for lunch today. It was so kind of them to make the effort, with a long drive. Ted is in a similar position to me with crocked shoulders, although he is well on the road to recovery. He’s back driving.

We went round the corner and had a tasty Italian lunch. Here we are being treated to grated parmagiana on our pasta.
