Beat It

Julia and Tom and the grandies have come over for the weekend. We had a turn out of all the electric mixers from a cupboard and culled several of them. Things I will never use. There were two identical whisks and so Tom decided to make pancakes in a fancy way - separating the egg whites and whisking them into flour. The result was delicious and very professional.

Accompanied by the essential maple syrup.

Now I have a tidier cupboard with gadgets that I might now use. First up, a hand wand mixer for doing some soup.
