Please don't comment on the low step rate, I've been doing Monday morning chores, involving stripping the bed, feeding the washing machine  and then doing lots of ironing, will probably go for a walk later to rectify that and the raised heart rate? I've been watching the Trump inauguration.

FrenchFriend popped in for a spot of lunch after art,  which was a lovely distraction.

Still a bit nippy today but we've had a little light rain.
