Sunbeams and unicorn farts

Looks like the crazy bunch are building a solar farm in rural Warwickshire.
I’ve just had a a look on UK energy dashboard - wind is currently supplying 6.5% of our electricity and sun 3.6%.
Oil and gas are more sustainable (they aren’t made from dead stuff) and they have the brilliant advantage of being there when you need them.
Reality is going to come along and give the idealogs a smack in the face one day. What a shame they’re going to waste billions finding out.
