Summer time

I’ve really been enjoying my walks along the river the past three days.  So wonderful to see children making the most of the glorious weather and the amazing Blackwood River.  These young boys were having a great time jumping in off the Turner St Jetty.  I’m a bit perplexed though as I’ve not seen any pelicans and usually it’s teeming with them at this time of the year.  Hmmm, I’m going to make a few enquiries!  I’ve been restricted to walking the past few days because of my Cataract procedure so it’s nice to have such an interesting walk to do to make up for not going to the gym and swimming.  All going well though and I’ve recovered well from my little escapade on Thursday.
