Happy Birthday Andy!

Spent the day in Cambridge visiting a dear friend. We’d normally see each other several times/year but due to various family responsibilities we hadn’t had a face to face catch up since Feb’24 and we both realised how much we missed it! Lovely day. Returned home in time for birthday supper celebrations at the Spoors! Just great to focus on the enjoyment of being together, celebrating and not stressing about Monday morning. Can’t help thinking that I need to enjoy being in the present moment more rather than worrying about future moments!! Very grateful for this time.
