Signs of Spring

I was out for a chilly walk this afternoon in my neighborhood and came across this sweet crocus! The slugs have apparently already found it. It seems exceptionally early, but perhaps it's been enjoying the lovely sun, despite the cold.

My son and the grands came to visit today - I haven't seen them since before I went to Mexico in early January - I swear my granddaughter has grown another inch. She's rapidly getting as tall as me!
