Latecomers…….
…… Passengers rushing to catch the Wilson’s Catamaran around 9.am. Folk are queuing to board for a trip to various stop-off points up the beautiful coast of the Abel Tasman National Park. It is low tide so the Catamaran has to load folk at the far end of the beach front where the water is a little deeper. Most passengers are day trippers. Some tourists buses had pulled up nearby a little earlier.
This afternoon while Margaret took time out at the camp, I drove over to the Spit at Marahau. There I joined daughter-in-law Hannah and her mum, Catherine on the sandy beach . We swam and talked … a great reunion with Catherine who has arrived from the Uk for a family holiday here.
