Crikey made it by the skin of my teeth again this morning...
Fasting today so porridge for lunch :)
Walked round town in the lunch hour as we had a surprise guest at work...management eeek ..he is alright really.
Man it was hot ...came back positively dripping.
Beautiful evening so thought I best make the most of it with a stroll
