Very enjoyable day just not long enough as always to fit everything in.
Had fun at work and had lunchtime treat at the wine bar :) no wine though :(

Couldn't squeeze in a walk tonight had to go to the dreaded supermarket instead.
Battling with my soul to stay on top...going to be a worry the next couple of months but maybe it will aid the tummy reduction, nothing quite like a bit of stress to shed the pounds!!!
