Sunset

Today has been lovely. I had a very relaxing massage this morning - it was a mix of pain and pleasure and it certainly loosened all those knotts in my neck! I then came home had lunch, watched a movie, and spend the afternoon asleep dozing. It was very relaxing!

I then spent 3 hours skyping a friend in the USA who I haven't seen for years but whenever we catch up it's like we've never been apart. Some friendships are like that and although our lives have changed our friendship remains as strong as ever. We had a good old giggle and put the world to rights. Our conversation was the highlight of my day.
