Allotment

Headed up to the allotment today, first visit of the year, as there was compost to dump and spuds to lift. Whatever beastie is living in the compost heap is having a ball (it’s obviously an allotment hotspot) but that’s OK, it probably has mouths to feed. Lifted a lot of spuds & left half in the hut for Jo, who’ll hopefully swing past soon and pick them up, the other half now having been washed, dried and stored away. Mash anyone?
Tenpin tonight was a mixed bag but there were welcome points for our Trios team as we try and stay mid-table. No high aspirations in this league!
