Notes: Chilly morning, actually kicked on the heat for a bit and put my legging layer on under sweats. Was up early 530a-ish, made coffee and early batch of choc whipped cream, put the ribeyes in the crock pot. Online most of the morning and early afternoon. Did more soc med stuff for Michelle D's and then jumped on a Zoom presentation about Instagram from 11a-1230p. Around 1p, made another batch of the carnivore flatbread (full one this time tho got a bigger thicker than I wanted w/ double). Used less than half to make the wrap w/ scrambled egg, shredded ribeye and grated cheddar - savory delish! Had some yogurt w/ honey and then a bit later finished the bit of cereal left (have had a long time!) w/ heavy cream (only liquid that would work) and honey - rich! Pretty much a gray day all day again tho just feels cozy! Took another pic out the big window over the water - never gets old - and the pink of the Don CeSar stands out well in the gray tones! Quite a lovey-Spatz again, always nearby, often talking and rubbing against me or laying alongside where I sit on the computer. Went back after eating and continued to study the Living Plate Rx info and setup - also started crafting the first email to the people in the pilot program. After 5p by then, decided to skip a shower. Watched some shows and had lots of Spatz cuddle time again.
