A good walk

Had a good walk this morning but ended up with my hair a total mess due to the fog. I walked into town from home but my hair was dripping wet long before I got to town.

Cardiology telephone appointment took place this afternoon and it was excellent. Very pleased with it although I will be having more medication but I'm to stop the aspirin. Getting a clinic appointment follow-up in 6 months time to decide if any invasive investigations needed.
