Incoming!

Today, after dropping Violet at school, Mr MC and I took another walk around Connaught Water.  The cold snap is supposed to be coming to an end but to us, it looked as though more of the lake was frozen than yesterday.  The birds were certainly hungry and today the terns were all there vying for food.  I did get a number of photos of their aerial acrobatics and in the end chose this one for my blip.


Blipfoto tells me that this is my 3000th blip.  Most people get to this point at 8 years or just after but I have taken since July 2012, so hardly a great and frequent poster, nor great at commenting am I.  I do love this site though. It provides a great opportunity for diary making and the sharing of images and long may it continue!
