Monday Morning!

There's not many days I decide to quick foot it through school, out of the side door, and onto the playground as the sun comes up...but when the sky is looking as beautiful as it was this morning it would have been criminal not to do just that! 

What a way to start the week. :-) 

The Great Thaw is starting as the snow very slowly begins to dissipate. The huge mounds remain firmly in place and here at Queenbury the pavements, and many roads, remain an almost impassable mixture of snow and ice. I was glad of my grippy snow boots once more this evening as I strolled.
