Mowgli Slaw

Over a year ago, when my brother gave me Nisha Katona’s excellent Mowgli Street Food cookery book, I developed a liking for her Mowgli Slaw.

The novelty wore off after a while.

I popped into Lidl and bought the ingredients again. Delicious (but don’t run away with the idea that it’s super healthy - the dressing is well laden with Pomegranate Molasses.)
