Our little visitor

Johanna was doing a 10 mile hike today so she dropped Meg off with us. Meg was no trouble at all, she gave the house a good inspection though, every room was investigated. She eventually settled on one of the living room armchairs, until she started to scratch at the arm and I shooed her off!
She really is a lovely cat, and that's saying something coming from someone who often says 'I do like cats, but I wouldn't have one' (that's me by the way). I do prefer dogs but I can see the attraction in cats, especially a lovely one like Meg.
P.S. the light grey patch on her rear flank is from her operation. I don't know what it was to do but I can guess, and so can most cat lovers I reckon.
