Spring Is In The Air...

... but winter's still on the ground.

We've had a mistle thrush in the garden for a few days now, probably attracted to the ripe apples. Today it was joined by another and there was a lot of cavorting around the lawn and up into the air.

I got a good view of this as I was at the table getting my accounts done. The Man had gone to and orchid talk with The B-I-L. They go every year and come back with a new orchid from the speaker's nursery.
