Frosty waves

Really cold last night ..... woke to a thick hoar frost ... everything was white!

Took this out of the bedroom window at 11am .... still well frosted ... it's the grass verge at the front of the house. Some bits haven't thawed out all day.

Thought it was time I joined in with a frosty shot .... done that!

The temperature is supposed to begin rising in the next couple of days. Don't think we get rid of the frost until Monday, but we are hoping to get out for a wander tomorrow as long as it's not still icy.
