Frostbound

To show you just how very cold it was today. The temperature might have climbed to 2 centigrade early this afternoon but soon fell back again. This is the view from my bedroom window.

I probably wouldn't have gone out but for a message from the pharmacy that my B12 medication had arrived. No problem then to walk across to the surgery and make an appointment  for my injection. Len took Basil for a short walk while I was doing this.

Afterwards we drove up to Anson Road where we went to the Miracle Café for decaf latte and a cake. Len popped into the Coop next door to buy wine.
I think we've caught up with the second series of SAS Rogue Heroes.
