The golden hour

A cancelled riding lesson meant an unexpected opportunity to head up to the owl field for the last hour of light. What a great punt it turned out to be with some new additions to my portfolio as owls and sunset arrived at the same time. I was very glad of the layers, but still need to sort out keeping my ears warm. As ever the owls had a tough time with crows and kestrels fighting for their catches. Loved the patterns in clouds in the sky.
